Fastest way to get a UK visitor visa?

My wife needs a visitor visa to travel with me. She is not Canadian. What is the fastest way to obtain a visa? We plan to travel within one week. Is this possible? We plan to purchase a priority service and submit/pick up the visa at the Toronto office.

you have not said what citizenship you wife is or if she is PR in Canada, or if in fact she needs a visa just to visit the UK, but I'm sure you've checked this already ... so begin here

If she really needs a visitor’s visa - I suggest that you go in person (with all documents + photo's & money) to worldbridge Canada (UKBA in Canada) in Toronto located at Yonge/Dundas

Baring any difficulty - less than a week max - maybe faster in person, I'd say

Not sure that your wife's visit visa application could be processed within one week as all applications made from within Canada are now processed in New York, which obviously takes a little more time due to shipment.
