Financial Analyst covered under Accountant? (TN Visa)

I just wanted to find out how broad the job description of an accountant is for the purpose of a TN visa. Is a financial analyst still considered under this category? According to the Occupational Outlook Handbook, this is the definition of a financial analyst:

Financial analysts provide guidance to businesses and individuals making investment decisions. Financial analysts assess the performance of stocks, bonds, commodities, and other types of investments. Also called securities analysts and investment analysts, they work for banks, insurance companies, mutual and pension funds, securities firms, the business media, and other businesses, making investment decisions or recommendations. Financial analysts study company financial statements and analyze commodity prices, sales, costs, expenses, and tax rates to determine a company's value by projecting its future earnings. They often meet with company officials to gain a better insight into the firms’ prospects and management.

The problem is not the definition of Financial analyst, it is the definition of accountant that you must fall under.

Not likely, but what do you have to lose trying.

Is there a link where I can find the definitions/ job description of the qualified TN positions?

Financial Analysts can be covered by the TN profession of an Economist. The TN Professions are limited but with proper presentation you can enter under a TN profession that at first glance does not appear to be a fit.

I am looking for work in the US and will be applying for a TN Visa under the Accoutant category.

I presently work in the accounting field with a title of Financial Analyst. Will the title cause a problem at the border in justifying my admission as an accountant? Can my title in the US be Financial Analyst or it must say Accountant?

I have a business undergrad degree with a specialization in Finance. Finance and Accounting concentrations are very closely related and had many of the same courses. I have also taken numerous accounting courses. Do they consider a Finance degree to be the same as an Accounting degree?

Finally, can I enter the US as a tourist and look for work? Submit resumes, etc.
