finding a home

Hi Everyone,
Im moving from Vancouver to Munich at the end of August. I need to find a place to live starting September 1st (when my job starts).
Are there any websites you could recommend with apartment/room rental postings?

Additionally, any tips on the cheapest way to get my stuff sent over?

There are other website, but that's the only one I have in mind so far.

May be you can find something at "meine-stadt.de"
or if you take a look ant the newspapers of Munich.

or google for München / Mietwohnungen.
