finding work in Lisbon

Hi,
I am from Manitoba but currently teaching English in Taiwan. I really want to work in Portugal but I don't know where to start looking. Any advice? I have family in Lisbon so ideally that is where I would stay but if there is a better location for finding work, that's cool too.
