Finding Work in London

Hi there Everyone!! I just got let go from a job in London, that took me over 1 month to find. The contract fell through do they had to let me go(just so it doesn't sound like I got fired). Anyhoo, I am finding it hard to find a proper job in London, is anyone else feeling this??
I have my 2 year Working Holiday, I feel this is holding me back from finding a good job, as an employer might not see any long term results in hiring me??!! But if anyone has any tips or suggestions, your help would be great!
