is newly renovated, bright, has a bathroom (with a shower and a washing machine), separate toilet, fully stocked kitchen.
this no-smoking apartment is to be shared with a female.
your room: 12m2, two windows, a pull-out sofa, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table, chair.

HOW MUCH
the price is Euro 4oo per month incl. all running cost (electricity, warm water, heating).
safety deposit is Euro 400, paid with the first-month-rent.
