For those who didn't know, play baseball for the Halton Jaguars, 2005 Division 1 winners and this year playing in the Northern Premier League (bows as the crowd goes wild)


There are quite a few baseball and softball outfits here and there and we're always looking for more people to join in!

There are teams in Birmingham (with the Maple Leafs as their name..) 2 teams in Manchester, etc..

In the team I play in, there is me, some Irish lads, a South African, an American..all sorts.
It's good fun.

I used to live in Ealing (west London) when I first moved out to the UK, and played slow-pitch softball for the Charges.

However, I've since moved to Purley (officially in Croydon, London; but right on the border of Surrey), and down here it's a baseball/softball black hole - at least from Team Finder function of the wbesite you mentioned.

There's a freakin' lacrosse team down here, but no softball!

Croydon is the location for the national finals and home to the Croydon Pirates.
