France in the winter

Visiting France in December (no choice-2008 Holiday Working Visa), and would rather avoid the cold. Any suggestions to some nice warm French cities in the south with work to be found? Je parle Francais.

well in December its gonna be cold everywhere but of course its better if youtravel to the south, Montpellier, Marseille Cote d´azur .

Essaie Perpignan. Il fait plutôt froid présentement dans le sud. Je m'attendais à plus chaud je dois dire. J'espère que janvier et février ne seront pas si froid!
