General Advice (Working Holiday Visa) Help me :(

Hi everyone.
Do any of guys know if its easy to find an apartment in the Gold Coast with shared accommodation? I am looking at staying here during my whole stay from September till April. Is it easy to find a job there? I dont have much work experience since i'm only 20 years old and only done a cashier job for 2 years. I am looking for something to do with tourism. Is $4000 enough or aloud when I enter Australia?

Any other questions or answers would be awesome.

I also fogot to ask how to open a bank account over there? What important things do I need to bring with me before I go? I am trying to think of everything so I wont be stressful when I get there if I forgot something.
