Hi,
I am currently on a TN visa and I am married to a dual citizen. I was wondering first of all how to go about applying for my green card while on my TN visa ( if at all possible).

Another question is that my contract for the position I am working at is for 6 months and I think they may extend it. My TN visa stamp says it doesn't expire til March or so. If the company I am working for extends my contract til Jan or Feb for the exact same position, pay ,etc do I need to go back to the border to reapply?
