Getting a morgage in Las Vegas and Pheonix

Hello,

I am a British Columbia resident. I need some info on how to get a morgage in Las Vegas and Pheonix. What are the steps? What paperwork I need? Do I contact my bank here or one in states? Can you tell me a person I can contact in Vegas and Pheonix?

Not sure where to begin.

Hello, can anyone answer this questions yes or no..

Only Bank of America will do mortgages for non-resident Canadians and there's a pretty hefty deposit from what I recall. Not 100% sure they're still doing them but they were as of November.
