I am a veterinary medical resident on a TN visa. My resident salary is barely enough to live on and I am hoping to get a job on the side. I am due to renew my TN visa in June. Is it possible to get 2 jobs placed on the same TN visa? Is there a way to add a second job to the visa that I currently have so that I can start working sooner?

Get two separate TNs. It's not that uncommon, been a few people posted on here who have done it. You've already got a valid TN-1 so you just get another.
