Getting a working holiday visa

I keep reading that we as canadians are eligeable for a working holiday visa in france, but was wondering how I get one (besides paying an arm and leg to swap)

one word of advice : book your appointment early... it takes time and they wouldn't let you in the front door without an appointment ... i've tried, it turned quite ugly
