Hello Guys,
I'm going for my TN next Tues at Edmonton International Airport, and wondering if anyone has any last minute advise for me. I'm putting my documents together as I write, and wondering if there's anything am missing out on. I have a PhD in Biochemistry from a Canadian University, and got a job offer as a Chemist in USA. I know I need a TN letter and/or degree certificate, transcripts. Do I need an offer letter (addressed to me) from US company, resume, letter from previous employer verifying experience and endless professional reference letters and perhaps pay stubs?
Second, I have no family, ties back to Canada....will this be a problem for the Trade officers?
My flight is at 12:53pm, can I get there at 8am? Will airline allow me to check in at that time? If my TN is not approved, can I fix the shortfall and return to the airport same day to reapply and maybe catch my flight to avoid ridiculous airline change fees?
Thanks in advance.
