Goods to follow list

Hi,

I am getting ready to apply for a TN Visa as an Engineer. I have a couple of concerns:-

1. My degree is from India but have a P.Eng from alberta, do I still need to get IT evaluated from USA ?

2. My family and goods will be moving later. Do I need to provide their names and 'goods to follow' during TN Visa application ?

Did search all posts but could not find the answers properly.

1, Proabbaly not.
2. No. if they bring the goods with them, they will declare them, and themselves as TDs. You will need to give you family a copy of your I-94 so that they can enter on TD.
