First off, I'd like to say that I've been "lurking" in these forums for sometime now as I had planned on getting a job in the US. The forums are a great resource and I have learnt much from all the questions and answers.

I've read just about all the posts with regards to the "Computer Systems Analyst TN visa" which is where I fall under.

I understand the requirements which are:

Bachelor’s (Baccalaureate) degree;

2. Licenciatura Degree;

3. Post-Secondary Diploma and three years of experience; or

4. Post Secondary Certificate and three years of experience.

My question is this. I have a degree and Five years of IT experience. My degree however is a Bachelor of Arts - it is not computer related. The requirement simply states that the applicant should have a "Bachelors Degree".

Does anyone have experience in this and can assist with an answer?

Many thanks in advance.

Is that going to be a problem?
