Grad School Recommendation

Hi, I am planning to do a Masters (in Engineering or Computer Science) in Europe (Western, Central, or Northern), could anyone recommend some universities to me please? The ranking is not my primary concern... I've always wanted to study in Europe so I am pretty much doing it just for the sake of it. Thanks in advance.

These are my criteria:
- Taught in English
- Relatively low acceptance criteria (I got my bachelors over 10 years ago and did get good marks, but I haven't been able to find any of my professors so there's no way I can get any recommendation letters from them).
- Affordable tuition fees (sorry I know this is pretty subjective).
