I am in the second year of my second H1B. My employer recently posted the notice with prevailing wage in my workplace (about three weeks ago).
Question #1: How long does it need to be posted?
Question #2: I have been offered another job. I doubt if I will take it, but if I were to, what would happen to me with regards to the Green Card process?
