Hello,

Does anyone know how the H1-B process works for teachers?

Are teachers exempt from the April 1st to Oct 1st timeframe? ie (Can a teacher apply for an H1B in June and be able to start teaching in Sept?

Can anyone recommend a good immigration lawyer in Toronto to file for an H1-B?

Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Vinny
