H1B or TN?

Hi Folks,
I've been reading the blogs in this forum for a few weeks now. I'm a Canadian Citizen. I've a small query and need to resolve it. I've a COMPUTER ENGINEERING DEGREE and a PG in Human Resources as well. I've worked in as a SYSTEM ANALYST as well as a Human Resources Manager.
One of the employers in US is keen to hire me for his software company as a Computer/System Analyst.
My Question is : Do i have to apply for TN or I can even go for H1B visa?
Hope someone could help me with the right answer.

You won't be getting an H1 until October, so if you want to work now, it'll have to be TN, as a CSA.
