H1B POE

Hello: I am a Canadian citizen entering US tomorrow on H1b. The I797B sent by my employer shows "Class consulate or POE" as "H1B Vancouver." Does this mean that I have to clear US immigration at YVR? I am asking because I bought a ticket for entering US through the Toronto airport and will be clearing US immigration there. Is it going to be OK for me to clear immigration in YYZ even if the 797B says YVR as POE? Thanks, Aman

How did your entry go? I too hold an H1B from Canada, but was told the earliest entry into the US is 10 days prior to October 1st. How did you manage to enter over 30 days ahead of time?
Do they interview you before processing your visa?
