Actually I've noticed it more the other way around, you try to give them the I-94 and they refuse to take it.

It must be different at every airport. My saying this is based on the travelers at my Port. Its usually "they took it and wouldn't let me keep it" around here.

gescores I just hate when somebody spends their own money on an IL when they don't have to. But if they are paying, why not.
