H1B stamping for NON-canadian spouse in Canada

I was approved for H1B. My NON-Canadian wife is living in Canada with me.

1] How do I get H4 for her since I don't have to make an appointment for visa stamping?? Will she need to go alone for visa stamping?

2] Am I required to pay the non immigrant visa application fee of $131 at Scotia bank as well?

Please help. Thank you.

Yes, basically, your spouse needs an H-4 visa and needs to go through the full application procedure, including the fee to Scotiabank. http://www.consular.canada.usembassy.go ... sp#ability Scroll down to H-4.

She'll need a copy of your I-797, I-129 and passport and proof she's your wife. Completed DS-156 and maybe a DS-157 as well, check the requirements. She doesn't need to be accompanied.
