H1B wanting to bring Fiance to US

Hello,

I'm a Canadian citizen, and a holder of H1B visa in the US working in the state of California.

I recently got engaged to a Moroccan woman, and would like to bring her to live with me in the US.

What do I have to do? As I understand the Fiance Visa is only available for US citizens? Is there something similar for H1B holders?

I am also open to marrying her in Morocco if it means she can come to the US as a spouse of an H1B holder.

Yes, the fiance visa is only available to US citizen sponsored immigrants.

For her to get a derivative H visa thru you, you'd have to be married.

marry her in morocco and get her an h-4 visa for US.
