A happy thanksgiving to everyone. Thanksgiving is one of my favourite holidays. I know it is not untill this Monday but I thought I would wish every one a happy Thanksgiving now.

If the answer to my poll is yes or even maybe, I urge you to consider the CCR. CCR or Citizens for a Canadian Republic is a non partisan group of Canadians whos goal is to promote discussion on exchanging the monarch for a democratically elected Canadian head of state. CCR has opened a new chapter for Canadians who like us live in the United Kingdon.

Conversely, there is a strong Canadian Monarchist League which supports Canada's long standing constitutional monarchy, which is the very foundation of the country's democatic government, and an integral part of Canada's past and future. The League has been around since 1970 and now has approx 25,000 members in Canada and all over the world. There is also a burgeoning MLC Young Adults group starting up, with more info to come soon.
