Mexico about 30 years ago. Fortunately, that has all changed and many foreigners are thrilled to be buying many different kinds of Mexican real estate for businesses, personal use and rental
purposes. You hold your property in a bank trust called a
Fideicomiso which makes it extremely safe for a foreigner to now own real estate here.
