Hey All,

Its been a year since I left Canada chasing the money train into the USA. Its been a good year minus the high Canadian dollar.

I learned so much about myself this past year. I learned what was important to me and how much being a Canadian meant to me. For 10 years living in Calgary I always referred to myself as a maritimer.a herringchoker.a Nova Scotian. Now I'm just a proud Canadian. The States have been good to me but, I realized how much of an optical illusion it is to live here. It stills amazes me how sheep like people can be.

We as Canadians have such a separate culture than the states do. We look the same but, act differently. I cannot wait to get home to be around people who don't take everything so seriously.

I love Canada and wouldn't ever call the US home no matter how much money they offered. I hate the winters but, thats why we have Mexico. Its home to Nova Scotia baby. Its home to Canada. The greatest place on earth.
