Heilbronn Amateur Hockey Team Looking for Players

Heilbronn Amateur Hockey Team Looking for Players

Postby Eisbär » Tue Jun 24, 2008 12:16 am

I'm posting this as a member of the management of our hockey club.

We are an amateur hockey club from Heilbronn, playing Regionalliga Baden-Württemberg which is the highest regional amateur level league behind pro leagues DEL, 2. Bundesliga and Oberliga.

As we are always looking for good players that can help us compete I came up with the idea of asking the Canadian community in Germany as I'm almost sure there are some inactive and good Canadian hockey players out there. So if you're living in the Heilbronn/Stuttgart/Mannheim/Karlsruhe area, feel like you're a good hockey player and - most important - feel like getting on the ice on a regular basis, get in touch with me at info(at)eisbaeren-heilbronn.de.

We are practising twice a week and will have one or two games a weekend. Our first team players will get new equipment for free, we just don't pay any money to our players.

Right now we are mainly looking for defenders and another goalie - but of course we wouldn't say no if a good forward would come along.

So if you like to show up for a try-out or you know someone who would, let me know.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Ralf
