Help Importing Inherited Goods from Canada

I am a Canadian citizen who has been a permanent resident in the US for 20 years. My mother died and I need to ship her things to my home in the US. I know I have to fill out CBP form 3299, but it is designed for people who are moving to the US, not someone like me who already lives here. I can't find instructions anywhere to help me fill out the form, particularly Item 9 under Part II. Has anyone dealt with this?

do a search on "moving inherited household goods" on the CBP website. There's a document there that may help you.
