Help proving citizenship with a twist

ok so the story is this
i was born in germany to a canadian father (army man) and german mother
for w/e reason my dads name is not on my birth certificate
i have an expired german and canadian passport from when i moved to canada when i was 1
now i need my license and for a few years have had NO SUCCESS @ all
*any help would be greatly appreciated
the ID i have now with me are as followed

as far as canadian ID goes :
-expired canadian passport
-a batismal paper stating my dad is my dad and where i was baptized, signed by the pastor with church seal (no clue if this one helps)
- the old health card with no picture
- a SIN card which none of my family remember what ID was used to get it

German ID
Birth certificate (without my dads name)
a Marriage certificate of my mom and dad
expired german passport

i want to get proof of citizenship so i can get my canadian passport and then drivers license, for ID right now im using my Age of Majority

if any more info is required let me know, thank you for your time

You say you have "had no success".

At what? and with whom? A few years seems an awful long time to not have tried every possible means to get what you want.

Have you formally tried to get a Cdn passport? What did they tell you you needed?

Have you tried to get a CDn citizenship card? What did they say you needed?
Have you tried to get a DL? Which province? Some don't need passport.
