Help! VISA process

Hello !

Hoping to continue working in the hospitality/service industry once I relocate to the USA.

Which visa is relevant? H1-B or H2-B?
Is anyone familiar with this process??

I realize I need an employment offer & sponsor, is there any way to expedite the process as well to start work ASAP?

Can you be in the States when applying or do you have to be in Canada??

Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated!!

at this point, the only answer that comes to mind is:

Yes you do need a job offer. Once you get it, you can try getting an H-1B visa or possibly a TN visa if your degree is in hotel management.
