Hi,
I'm sure this question has been asked in various different forums.
But maybe someone wouldn't mind helping me out.
I am on a SWAP/Working Holiday Visa. Just starting my second year.
I have been working for a small company in the media/arts world since March. I get paid as a freelancers, so i'm not evening technically working, although i do have a Visa that says I can. I would like to stay in the UK, my boss has offered to help me with the Work Permit. But do I need to be on salery to get one? I would assume so. but can anyone offer me some advice,, that would be very helpful. Maybe I should be speaking to an immigration lawyer. Does anyone know of a good one?
So frustrating!
you can email me directly-

Thanks,
Caroline
