Hmm cell phones?

Hey eveyone. I was looking at some websites and I thnk I read on one that Australians use cell phones more than Canadians do! I'm not sure if this is fact or not.

I do know that most ppl use the pre-paid method to communicate with cellphones as opposed to the North American contractual plans.

I was wondering if anyone could give me any feedback on cell netowrks they have been with and how much theirs cost etc. I think I'm going to get a pre-paid style connection but am not sure what network would be best? For sure I know I want a GSM phone, eg. like our rogers in Canada. Also with gsm once unlocked it can be used anywhere in the world provided u have the SIM card for the country.

Soooooo these are just some ideas I was just going through if anyone has any feedback or experiences POST IT!
