Hola,

My name is Palma. I have never joined a forum of any type until now. My daughter and I moved to the Cancun area 1 year ago and it would be nice to communicate with other Canadians in the area. We love it here and have found a great little private school only a 10 min drive from our house. This has been an adventure and a fascinating experience for both of us, after living in Calgary, AB in Canada for 23 years.

I actually miss having 4 seasons, and cannot believe that I am saying that. However, I do enjoy skipping winter in Canada and being able to exercise outdoors year round.

All the best to all of you that have also taken a giant leap of faith in moving to another country. I, for one, have no regrets.
