How about this Bond Place Hotel?

If I want to book a hotel while I was traveling in Toronto, how about the Bond Place Hotel? The introduction in popvoucher is so perfect. It says the Bond Place Hotel located in the heart of downtown Toronto, next to the Olympic Spirit Building and several terrific shopping malls and right across from Dundas Square, the Bond Place Hotel strikes a dignified pose in the cityscape with its red brick facade. There is a casual, cheerful atmosphere felt as soon as you enter the hotel. The guestrooms are comfortable and well appointed in a variety of configurations with great city views. Each also room offers complimentary tea / coffee facilities. The Garden Cafe, the hotels' lobby-level restaurant, offers breakfast, lunch and dinner while Monika's Lounge, a pub-like hideaway in the basement, is a great place to enjoy billiards, darts and complimentary hors d'oeuvres every evening. Can you tell me how about it? Is it the same as this introduction? Thanks!

i've walked past the hotel before and the location is very good indeed, near to the eaton centre. i haven't actually stayed there though.
