How do I get a self-employed Visa to the US

Hello - I need some help please. I recently bought a condo in Palm Springs for pleasure - but I would also like to work while I am there.

I am a self-employed computer tutor with a successful biz in Canada. I want to work at my resort. How can I do this and what kind of Visa do I require?
