How do I transfer money back to Canada [chealy and quickly]?

I have a NAB account for all our money and they do international transfers right into our Canadian Bank account. It cost $8.95 for $1000 or more. It only takes about 2 business days and has worked great for us.

I started by doing bank transfers, the rates & fees were terrible. Anything other than that I think is better, now I use PayPal, "Efpos" in NZ makes transfers through pay pal real easy.

I use xe.com, they are pretty fast, good rate, no fee.
