How long for a P-1 visa?

How long does it typically take to process a P-1 visa....I was told 30 days if there is no bumps? Very unkowledgeable provider of that info.
Is it worth it to pay the $1000 for premium or will it only save me a week or 2?

Premium will save you at least that, especially after Oct 01, when typically a flood of new fiscal year applications for other types of petitions start coming.
