how to change my status

I'm kristal, presently staying in Canada for 1 yr, my question is, I'm planning to get married to my boyfriend next year his a Bangladesh we know each other when I'm in Abu Dhabi UAE before for almost 3 years, his still working there in Abu Dhabi, but we will get married in my country in Philippines, my problem is how can i change my status here in canada which is single,??????/ what about in the immigration maybe they will question me????????? and my LMO, working permit and passport it single status also , what will i do? hoping for your response.. thank you!
