How to find a job in Dubai from Canada?

Hi there,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I live and work in Canada but I'd like to move to Dubai.

Is it difficult to find a job before moving?

I have 5 years of HR experience and a university degree.

Can anyone recommend some recruiters I could get in touch with.

Hi there,

I've not had much success with my reply. I have spoken to a few people however, and overall they say that it's much more difficult to find a job from Canada. I also spoke with a recruiter who stated the same.

One friend mentioned that individuals with a university degree but no work experience overall took about 1 month to find employment in Dubai. Also, I've seen numerous positions where they specifically state that they are seeking a Westerner.

Hello,

There are many recruitment agencies that you can go through to secure a job when i reach Dubai next week i shall forward them to you, however, HR posts are planned to be dedicated and assigned to locals only in the future but you can sign for it because there are chances to be hired for the time being.
