How to register a leased Canadian vehicle in US?

I have two leased Canadian vehicle, and want to register in States.

It looks impossible, because the Canadian Lease companys are not registered in US. "Toyota Finance Canadan Inc" and "Toyota Finance" are not same company. Same as Chrysler.

I am thinking to buy out the cars. What I need to do for buying out? Do I need to go back Canada to do it? How can I change the Title after I buy out.

You need to do two things. First, for any car you own in canada, you need to import it into US by gettin ga letter from the Cdn car firm (ie .Toyota canada) that the fcar conforms with US safety an emission regulations.

Then, for leased cars, you need to get ABSOLUTE permission to take the car out of canada. This usually involves setting up a Cdn auto-payment if you have not done so already. If they refuse, which is their right, you only other option is to buy out or give back the car.

Once you buy it out, its yours, and then you only have to complky with import requirement I mentionned above.
