How to work in Europe

Is it possible to work in Europe without speaking the language?

I am very tired of the North American lifestyle and would rather live in Europe. My husband, son, and I all have dual Irish/Canadian citizenship. I'm an accountant and my husband is a practical nurse. Our problem is speaking only English, and we are probably past the age of ever becoming fluent in another language. We would definitely place our son in the local school, learning the local language.

We do not have to work in our professions, but we would need to make enough to live a safe life (living in a safe part of town, not living paycheque to paycheque, give our son some stability, etc.).

Any advice is appreciated.
