New to the forum, but have read almost all of the posts!
I have a Masters degree (Occupational Health) and two bachelor degrees (Business and Psychology) and have 8 years of experience in the HR field.
Can anyone tell me whether if I am applying on HR positions if they would fall under getting a TN1 visa? If not, what course of action should I pursue should I be offered a position, such as HR Director, in terms of getting a work permit (e.g. greencard sponsorship and H1B only - although my understanding from reading all of the posts is that the H1B is impossible)? I am a Canadian and I am tired of the cold and want to head south.
Thanks!
