Husband has H1_B. Can I go to school?

We are moving to the us from Canada in either October or December. Either way I want to go to school for graphic design. Can I go to school while we are there with his H1_B ?
Do I have to get any visas or anything ?

You need to make sure you have an H4 visa (which you are eligible for since you are married to an H1B visa holder). Once you have that, you are eligible to attend school.

How does one go about getting an H4 visa and an you also work with an H4 Visa?
