I have a germany yma visa, canIextend with a normal workvisa

Hi guys,

Im going for a new job here in Germany, and they want to know if theres a way I can stay longer than my Youth Mobility Agreement Visa. I said that I cant extend it, but that maybe I can apply for a normal working permit, if I have a working contract lined up.

Does anyone know if this is possible, to cancel my YMA visa and get a normal working and residency permit? If its easy or complicated? Any experiences??
