Will you be sponsoring her to eventually become a resident in Canada? You can start that while you're living in the US.

Umm, of course she is eligible for TD. She needs a visa, which can be obtained at US consulate (preferably in Bangladesh, but can be in Canada).
Proff of your TN, and proof of marriage is needed.
