I need Advice ASAP

Post Fri Jun 20, 2008 1:44 am

Here's the situation, I have owned Nightclubs for the past 13 years, and in doing such have been a "hands on operator". I recently sold a club in Canada, and have a company in the US very interested in flying me down for an interview to be their Nightclubs GM. Now what i need to know is what would be the best way to go about the TN-1 visa. I would have to go under the "management consultant" category as my qualifications would be from my experience for over 13 years, what should be my first step? Its too bad that the TN-1 hasn't gone to the 3 years yet. Darrell Tchir

Your employer should write you an offer letter describing your duties. That should be all you need as proof of employment for TN-1

I would post this same question in the US Visa and Immigration section. From what I have read there the Management Consultant is ver hard to obtain. But there are a few lawyers and a couple of really kowledgeable people over there that can give you a good idea if it is possible or not.
