I need help plz help me

Hello guys, I was wondering I am getting my car shipped over to Europe and I found an Insurance company that will insurance my car on ONtario Plates. But the problem is emission test, since the car will be there as long as I work in europe but I wanna keep Ontario Plates, how can I renew them witout the emission test because I can't travel back to Canada with the car just because of that.

What are my opinions? Can I get something like out of province form so I don't do emission test and still can renew my license. thx

I don't think that is possible, vechicle should be registered with local tranportation authorities.
