I want to move to Oz... I need help

Hi Everyone,
I am hoping to get a little help on trying to Move to Oz. I am to old for a Working holiday Visa (I'm 31)
But any info that anyone can give me would be greatly appriciated. And I have a feeling I do not have accreddited skills, I have a Canadian and a British passport, so info on either Nationality would be great.
