I want to work in Las Vegas 1-2 times a month

Hi, I would like to add this in the hopes of getting a reply from agnelson.

I would like to assist Canadian investors to purchase distressed Vegas properties.

I don't plan to immigrate to USA, I will keep my principal residence in Canada.

I am hoping to somehow get legal permission to work with US realtors in LV as a Canadian realtor with a LV realestate licence as well. Only coming in to US to conduct business once or twice a month.

I have Broker colleague in LV, could he hire/contract me a an investor specialist? (H-1B specialty occupations)
